Over 1,000 works from 5 countries: winners of the international competition were awarded in Volgograd
Today, Volgograd Regional Children's Art Gallery hosted the awards ceremony for the winners of the International Competition “About Myself and the World.” It was a real challenge for the jury to select the best of the best, as nearly 1,000 drawings and works of decorative art from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, and Transnistria had been submitted.

Young artists were invited to delve into the creative world of great masters, embrace their ideas, and create their own works. The children enthusiastically studied the artists' biographies, their techniques, and the eras they lived in, making the jury's choice truly challenging — each work was unique and profound.
All participants have accomplished a tremendous amount of work, and to ensure that as many viewers as possible can appreciate it, the best works will circulate over the region — travelling exhibitions will be held throughout the year at various cultural and educational institutions in Volgograd and the surrounding cities.
Winners who were unable to attend the ceremony will receive their diplomas and catalogs by mail until the end of the year.
Come to the exhibition and support these young talents — you'll see for yourself just how high the standard was this year! Some of the works are displayed in our photos.
