"Dialogue on the Volga" 2022: the round table on university cooperation
In the morning of November 1, 2022, the round table "Partnership between Russian and Chinese higher educational institutions: new challenges and perspectives" was held within the International forum of People's Diplomacy "Dialogue on the Volga: Peace and Mutual Understanding in the XXI Century".

HISTORY
International Twin-Cities Forum “Political Solutions and Sustainable Territorial Development” (2014)
In 2014, the UN General Assembly designated October 31 as the World Cities Day. Since then, all people's diplomacy forums in Volgograd have been timed to coincide to this date.
The Forum of 2014 featured:
- over 100 speakers from 7 countries;
- 3 round tables;
- the Resolution – to make Volgograd twin-cities forum an annual event.
