The commander of the heavenly army, the brave warrior Jiang Ziya is to defend and obliterate a terrifying fox demon. However, after learning that the life of a demon is connected to the fate of a young girl, Jiang Ziya spares his opponent and is exiled into the mortal realm as a punishment.

5. Big Fish and Begonia |大鱼海棠 (2016)

A dolphin girl named Yuna lives in a magical world hidden below the ocean floor. One day, Yuna gets tangled in fishing nets and almost dies. She is saved by a young man living on the shore, but the savior himself ends up falling into a whirlpool and drowning. Tormented by guilt over his death, Yuna makes a deal with the Keeper of Souls by trading a half of her remaining life for a small fish in which the soul of her savior lives. Now the girl must secretly nurse fish to health and its full size, so that it could regain its human form.
