"Dialogue on the Volga" 2019 featured:

• over 200 participants from 40 countries;
• 7 round tables;
• panel discussion under the moderation of the Chair of the Committee on International Affairs of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly Konstantin Kosachev;
• "Days of International Business" grand event;
• the Resolution – to support the initiative to assign to Volgograd the status of the capital of people's diplomacy.

The year 2019 marked the 75^th anniversary of the international twinning movement.

That year, the list of the Forum's co-organizers included the "Rossotrudnichestvo" Federal Agency, and among its speakers there were participants of the "New Generation" Federal Program on their first visit to Russia.

The IAPMC forwarded the Forum's resolution to the United Nations Organization.
