The Forum of 2015 featured:

• 125 participants from 9 countries;
• two panel discussions.

The concept "Volgograd as a capital of people's diplomacy" was supported by the Governor of the Volgograd region Andrey Bocharov and approved by the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov.

The Forum's attendees resolved to expand the event's format and formulated the goals of the Forum – to search for the efficient solutions to today's problems of the world politics and bring international community closer together by means of people's diplomacy.
